Total Ninja Toddler Takeover Competition – Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
This competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged 18 years and older. Employees of Total Ninja, their families, and anyone else professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
Competition Period:
The competition begins on 1st September 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 8th September 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Prizes:
The prize consists of four (4) sets of four (4) family tickets to a Total Ninja Toddler Takeover session at a location of the winner’s choice (Black River Park, Observatory, Cape Town; Stoneridge, Edenvale, Johannesburg; Northgate, Johannesburg; or Kolonnade, Montana Park, Pretoria). The prize is for toddlers aged 0-3 years only. Tickets cannot be used for children over the age of 3.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, a new winner will be selected.
Prize Conditions:
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Data Protection:
By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Total Ninja Privacy Policy.
Liability:
BabyYumYum is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to lost, delayed, or corrupted entries. Total Ninja and BabyYumYum will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in the Toddler Takeover sessions.
General:
Total Ninja and BabyYumYum reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of Total Ninja shall be final and binding.
