How to make the mini tuna pitas

  1. Mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt and add to the drained tuna. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  2. Place the mini pitas in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Slice open carefully – not all the way, just to make a pocket. Spoon in about two teaspoons of the tuna mixture, add some grated carrot and lettuce.
  3. To make the tzatziki: Mix all the ingredients together and spoon into a small container, ready to pack into the lunchbox.
