Your baby month 7 is where things start getting busy, fast. You may have a baby who is rolling with confidence, trying to sit independently or constantly reaching for anything within sight. Mealtimes can become more interactive as interest in food grows, while sleep may shift again as new skills take over. Your baby is no longer just observing, they are exploring, grabbing and testing everything around them. It is a stage that feels more active, more curious and definitely more hands on.
