Rainbow disco peanut butter balls are a sweet and fun way to add something unusual to your party food table. Made from peanut butter, puffed rice cereal and honey by Kidspot Kitchen, they're little bites of yum that won't hang around for long!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
Method:

- Line baking tray with baking paper. Combine icing sugar, honey and peanut butter in a bowl and mix well. Stir in cereal and raisins.

- Mould mixture into 3cm balls. Roll balls in sprinkles and place on baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Store in a covered container.
