If you are a new parent, then you are most likely trying to navigate the wonderfully daunting world of sleep. Whether this is your first, second or fifth child, you are trying to figure out your child’s sleeping pattern and attempting to get in more sleep hours for yourself.

As you navigate this, you are also overwhelmed by unsolicited sleep advice from other parents. If not that, it is the overwhelming information on the internet. There is conflicting information about sleep, from whether or not you should wake newborns up, the safety of co-sleeping or even how long newborns should be up.
